Every doctor's medical-council registration is validated, and hospitals undergo identity, accreditation, and address verification before going live. The badge on each profile means the entity is fully checked.

Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

Accepted Answer

Free cancellation up to 2 hours before your slot. After that, individual hospitals may charge a no-show fee — it's printed on the booking confirmation.

How are reviews moderated?

Only patients who completed a verified booking can post a review. Anything suspicious — coordinated reviews, ad copy, personal attacks — is flagged automatically and reviewed by a human moderator.

Where are my records stored?
